Local pickup orders (full price) are eligible for returns 14 days from purchase
Shipped orders (full price) are eligible for returns 14 days from delivery
Include your name and item to be returned
Leave the tags ON or keep the original packaging, but keep the perfume, smoke, and animal hair OFF. If we feel the item is not in original condition, it is your responsiblity to pay return shipping or we will donate it on your behalf.
Mail the item/s to 27632 NW Rogers Lane Indiahoma, OK 73552. Be sure to include your name and order number.
We do not issue refunds. We only issue store credit.
We do not pay for return shipping.
If the item is damaged we will refund your original payment. Please inspect your items within 3 days.
Clearance items discounted 15% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges (including discount codes). Additionally, items labeled *final sale in the title are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept excessive returns.
If we receive an item that is not eligible for returns, it is your responsiblity to pay return shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance with lost packages. Many of our packages are shipped with insurance, and your post office will allow you to make a claim on the items.
If you would like to exchange an item, we do not hold inventory for exchanges. When we receive your return, we will issue store credit. You can use that store credit to purchase another size or item.
* Exceptions to the rules = Each customer is entitled to 1 full refund to their card. First time customer coupons are eligible for returns.
